Chef de Partie

Boutique Hotel - Lymington - Up to £20,000

*Live-In accommodation provided if needed*

Role Overview:

High end Boutique Hotel in the Centre of Lymington. It has a Fine Dining 2AA Rosette awarded Restaurant, bar and lounge and function rooms. The venue is extremely popular for weddings, conferences and other events. Currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team. As a Chef de Partie you will work 5 out of 7 days per week - various shifts. There is a live-in accommodation available for the successful candidate, if needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Chef de Partie(Lymington):

  • To ensure the food preparation and presentation meets the required standards
  • To keep all working areas clean and tidy
  • To supervise and motivate the junior team when required
  • To comply with hotel's health and safety and food safety legislations
  • To monitor portion control, fresh food and dry store orders

What You Need To Be a Successful Chef de Partie (Lymington):

  • NVQ or City & Guilds Chef qualifications are required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role
