- We currently have a vacancy for Caretaker
- Core working hours are 7.30 am to 3pm Tuesday to Sunday with extra hours sometimes required.
- You will be responsible for the highest standards of cleaning and maintenance and repairs of our buildings.
- You will be proactive in assessing and reporting building maintenance, health and safety issues, including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- You will be responsible for site security, including opening the building morning and evening, and ensuring the building is locked at night.
- You will be responsible for setting up seating for meetings, tables and chairs for social events and functions according to the weekly timetable.
- You will be responsible for monitoring cleaning stock and ordering supplies.

- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will have excellent DIY skills
- You will live in the accommodation provided on site, and be available to open the premises to secure the premises at night
- You will hold a current and full Driving License.
