An outline of duties is shown below:
" To take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home including management of the staff as the Registered Manager.
" To promote and ensure a caring environment for Service Users through high standards of quality and professional practice, which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of Service Users.
" To ensure that each Service User receives care appropriate to their individual needs which will be well documented for all to easily interpret.
" To manage and ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010, and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 and any previous applicable legislation.
" To work with any guidance received by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and any other official stakeholder bodies.
