What to expect from the job:
Being a care coordinator can be a stressful and challanging job. It requires you to be dedicated to your service users, your care team and the office staff. Working together with the Registered manager you will need to organise runs, look at and accept new care packages, coordinate the care staff onto the correct runs in each area, communicate with both clients and staff about delays. You will be required to work with the recruitment team, who will need to know areas that new staff are required for.
The perfect care coordinator:
Previous Care Experience of at least 1 year
Good Communcation Skills
Preferably previous coordinating experience
A good work ethic
Must be a driver and have a vehicle.
Successful applicants are required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
