But isn’t it all personal care and lots of traveling?
Care is a rewarding career path that gives back, so let’s clear a few things up.
Is there personal care involved? - Yes, there is but not all the time. Personal care is so important as it enables our clients to keep their independence while giving their families peace of mind that they’re looked after.
As a carer, you get to know the people you care for on a daily basis until it feels like you’re simply helping out a friend. Some of our clients don’t require personal care, just a chat and a meal are all they need.
Lots of traveling – While you will have to travel to your client’s homes, we strive to make sure that your first and last call will be close to home, and we pay you for your travel time and petrol.
