Our client is a large health care management company and due to an influx of care our client is seeking a self-motivated and accomplished
administrator to provide front-of-house and secretarial support to help them through this busy period and to assist with the tracking of staff Covid-19 testing.
As this is a temporary role you must be available to start immediately and have no commitments or holidays over the coming weeks.
The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and professional approach coupled with excellent switchboard and communication skills. In addition, you will be required to provide an efficient secretarial support.
It is therefore essential for candidates to possess experience in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Key Duties: -
Provide front-of house services including answering all main switchboard calls, and distributing post and deliveries
Scanning clinical correspondence
Typing of referral/general letters.
Produce, documents, reports to agreed deadlines and standards, including audio and copy typing and document binding
Create and manage patient files.
Maintain effective systems for electronic and paper filing and information retrieval.The Ideal Candidate: -
Previous medical receptionist/secretary experience
Confident typist and comfortable using the MS office suite
Works well under pressure and can multi-task efficiently
Front of House reception skills
Audio and copy typing
Disclosure Scotland or similar DBS check is essential The hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
