Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who is available for an immediate start in the Livingston Area.

The Role.
*Commences 15th July*
3 month contract
37.5 hours per week.
£10.20 per hour (paid weekly)
Corporate Business Dress
Based in Livingston

Responsibilities

- Answering calls via a switchboard
- Produce M.I. which captures trends, performance, workload analysis, productivity and defined KPI's in line with the contract.
- To carry out other ad-hoc admin tasks as requested by the Team Leader.

Experience Required

Knowledge of specific customer software
* Excellent communication skills
* Office Skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
* M.I. Reporting skills
* Technical knowledge beneficial
* Able to use own initiative and prioritise workload
* Keen eye for detail
* Ability to be flexible in the approach to changing operational requirements
Ability to make quick, accurate, decisive decisions in order for service delivery to meet SLA's
* Ability to work under pressure as an individual or within a team
