- screen incoming calls from customers and clients to the business.
- Act as the first point of contact for a variety of lenders and customers providing excellent service at all times.
- Follow up calls where necessary.
- Respond to queries customers in a timely manner.
- Update customer/client information.
- To take payment from customers.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Positive and proactive approach to work.
- Good It Skills including MS Packages and bespoke systems
- Flexible with hours of work.
Working 37.5 hours per between the hours of 8.00 and 20.00 (this will include 1 late night and 1 Saturday in 4 - 9.00-13.00)
Bank holiday working is standard with time of in lieu
