Contact Centre Team Leader - HOME BASED

£9.20 per hour - Ongoing rolling contract

FULL TIME 37.5 hes p/w

Monday to Sunday from 7am - 11pm (shifts)


Our client is looking to recruit an experienced team leader to work a team of Call Handlers to support the Covid-19 Pandemic. This role is currently Work From Home so you need to have your own laptop and headset.

Telephony experience isn't essential, we're keen to speak to candidates from a variety of customer service backgrounds.

What will you be doing?

Supporting and managing call centre agents
Making calls to individuals to ensure support and guidance is given
Provide a friendly, supportive and helpful service
Conducting training and coaching sessionsWhat are we looking for?

Previous team leader/management experience.
Previous customer service experience - contact centre is desirable but not essential
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to empathise with individuals who may be worried / struggling
Computer literate - able to pick up new systemsPay rate -

£9.20 per hourHours of work -

Monday to Sunday - 5 out of 7 days
Shifts are between 7am - 11pm
Successful candidates must be able to work a variety of shift patterns
Due to the nature of the role successful candidates will need to be able to pass a DBS check.
