We are looking for a large number of Customer Service Specialists to deliver outstanding service over the phone working with one of the UK's leading Banks in Leeds
You will be given award winning training and support in order for you to be successful and progress into more senior roles.
- Salary: £9.36 per hour, rising to £9.80 per hour after probation
- Hours: 35 or 37 per week, on shifts between 7am-11pm Monday-Sunday, choice of fixed shifts dependent on availability.
- Location: Leeds, LS1
- Start Dates: March
- Contract: Permanent

Some key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Support customers with their enquiries around Standing Orders, Direct Debit payments, International Money Transfers and General Banking queries
- Building rapport, empathising and having meaningful conversations with customers to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to through training and compliance
- Having a positive attitude towards change and a desire to grow to be the best you can be
In order to be successful you'll need to have:
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Experience working within financial services or banking (desirable but not essential)
- Good communication and listening skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to follow processes and policies accurately
- Attention to detail
