Salary £17000 - £27000 per annum Sector Call Centre & Customer Service, Sales
We are recruiting for an efficient Call Centre Advisor to work in a busy office dealing with customers, booking appointments and delivering excellent customer service, along with identifying sales opportunities so there is a fantastic opportunity to earn additional commission.
This is a Full Time, Permanent role, based in Redditch.
With a salary of £17,000, and additional commission opportunities, OTE £25-£27,000.
Working hours 8:30am- 5:30pm

The main duties will be:
• Handling requests for service or progress enquiries in a timely manner.
• Book in appointments for customers
• Answer incoming calls and take messages
• Use questioning and listening techniques to identify customer problems
• Promote and upsell the company's products and services
Working to targets so previous sales experience would be an advantage but this is a warm sell.


Skills and Experience needed:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritise
• Have a warm and empathetic manner
• Be able to work under pressure
