Call Centre Advisers are required for Call Centre work based in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire with immediate starts and ongoing long term work available. Both Full Time and Part Time candidates considered.
The role requires working five days a week (or 4 days for Part Time.). Applicants must be flexible on the days they work as the shifts can be any days across Monday to Sunday with start times that can vary between 5am-8am. The rota is done fortnightly.
In exchange the starting pay rate is £8.21ph with opportunities for career progression and two pay increases of £8.68 ph and £9.19 ph., There may also be potential to work in other departments should a position become available in the future.
This Call Centre Adviser role provides an excellent opportunity for ongoing weekly work with a company that will provide on-the-job training to enhance skills and experience.
Applicants will need to meet the following criteria:
To provide excellent customer service to the customer base at all times.
No cold calling/sales is required.
Be expected to meet targeted KPI's which include call waiting times and call backs.
Must have Customer Service background and have experience of liaising with customers via the telephone.
Must be computer literate.
