Due to growth our client is looking for an experienced Buyer/Brand/Product Manager in order to deliver a modernisation and expansion of one of their new key brands. You will be a highly driven, tenacious individual to help deliver the transformation. You must ensure you are developing and implementing the plans for the brand whilst at the same time ensuring their product ranges and pricing are in line with their customers' expectations.

The role:
• Drive sales and profit in line with operating plan budgets
• Increasing distribution and share of shelf for the brand driving market share performance
• Lead relationship with suppliers through effective commercial management
• Analysing the results of a range of reviews and the impact on the brand (growth/decline by segment, brand performance, customer dynamics, etc.)
• Prepare and present insightful category stories and recommendations agreeing category plan with Management Team through analysis of customer insight, sales and trends
• Set effective range strategies to optimise selling format and product choice, understanding space requirements
• Set clear range and price architecture
• Lead sourcing, selection and forecasting strategy for the brand in order to achieve a market leading performance.
• Weekly review product performance taking necessary action to optimise stock, sales, profit and availability
• Drive efficiency improvements with supply base
