The role

As a Business Support & Planning Lead, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll lead, coordinate and deliver a broad range of business planning activities for Mission Systems.

Day to day, you'll:
Support the Head of S&OP through developing and leading the community of Business Support professionals within Mission Systems.
Be the Mission Systems lead for One Babcock Way design and implementation phases of SAP platform. Accountable for maintaining effective relationships with all key stakeholders across the project to drive a successful roll-out of SAP within Mission Systems
Collaborate across the business to support on MiSys Integrated Operational Plans, aligning with Babcock's Integrated Operations System (BIOS).

Essential experience of the Business Support & Planning Lead,
You'll understand that 'how' you do things is just as important as 'what' you do - you'll role model and apply our principles and use your judgement to deliver effectively at pace.
Collaboration and working in partnership comes naturally. Capable of staying calm in the face of pressure, keeping things running smooth and efficiently.
You'll be resilient and adaptable and can navigate ambiguity and complexity to help other stakeholders own and deliver
You'll be an instinctive organiser with great communication skills and have meticulous attention to detail.

This role provides hybrid working with one day per week based in the office. You must be able and willing to travel as and when required.

Qualifications for the Business Support & Planning Lead,
A Degree or relevant equivalent experience

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
