Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator to help assist with administration in a busy HR related department based in Northampton.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and respond to client queries and requests.
  • Liaise with digital services to assist with troubleshooting system issues.
  • Administrative support for HR absence service.
  • Liaise with external supplier.
  • Analysis and reporting day one absence data.
  • Respond to all emails.
  • Maintain a log of outstanding issues to be resolved.
  • Record all issues.
  • Send regular client and internal reports.
  • Maintain client’s employee data.
Skills / Experience:
  • Experience in an admin / customer service role based within an office environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential to include data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Knowledge of Outlook e-mail systems.
  • Experience of system testing and data analysis.
