Our client is seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator to help assist with administration in a busy HR related department based in Northampton.Responsibilities:

Skills / Experience:
- Coordinate and respond to client queries and requests.
- Liaise with digital services to assist with troubleshooting system issues.
- Administrative support for HR absence service.
- Liaise with external supplier.
- Analysis and reporting day one absence data.
- Respond to all emails.
- Maintain a log of outstanding issues to be resolved.
- Record all issues.
- Send regular client and internal reports.
- Maintain client’s employee data.

- Experience in an admin / customer service role based within an office environment.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential to include data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Knowledge of Outlook e-mail systems.
- Experience of system testing and data analysis.
