The role

As a Business Support: Administrator/Receptionist, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be part of an international company that's continually innovating. We're looking for two motivated individuals to join our Security & Intelligence team part of our Sense & Connect business area, are dynamic, ambitious and for whom collaboration comes naturally.

Day to day, you'll be responsible for:
Office Management: Providing admin support for your specific office location. Accountable for ordering consumable supplies (stationery, paper etc) and coordinating the servicing of office equipment & vending machines, ensuring maintenance engineers' have access to relevant sites.
Visitor Management / Reception: Proactive processing of incoming visitors, including arranging of security access, visitor passes, booking of meeting rooms & relevant catering/hospitality. In person meet & greet of VIP visitors at relevant sites.
Service & Customer Delivery: Document control including transfer of information Babcock and our Customer systems, using the authorised transfer process. Accountable for answering incoming calls and email enquiries, taking & relaying messages to relevant stakeholders.
Governance: Collaborating with Business Support Team around compliance for processing of timesheets, expenses, and labour bookings. Ensuring wider record management including log keeping and destruction of relevant secure material.
Special Projects: Thinking outcomes, collaborate on special or other continuous improvement projects as requested. When required support other sites within the UK in a similar role.

Essential experience of the Business Support: Administrator/Receptionist,
An understanding of the Defence and Security industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc) suite, Adobe Acrobat and other office productivity tools.
Experience of general office management, with excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

This role is based onsite in Tewkesbury.

Qualifications for the Business Support: Administrator/Receptionist,
GCSE Maths & English, or relevant demonstrated ability of this level
UK Driving licence

The successful candidate must be able to achieve DV security clearance level for this role.
