You'll join the Business Management Team for Health and Working Age.
H&WA maintain and enhance key benefit systems and services for some of society's most vulnerable citizens.
You'll work on a small, but perfectly formed, BMT with Melanie, Lee, Conor and Anita. You'll be the engine driving our team forward, an all-rounder, a good communicator and a team player.
Our team have a key role in resourcing Health and Working Age projects and initiatives. We maintain workforce plans, progress demand and enable recruitment within budget and headcount. We help the Delivery Managers in our area build teams which can deliver extraordinary digital products and services, used by millions of people.
We really need someone with a keen eye for detail. Accuracy is paramount; you'll be collating data, raising issues and risks and creating reports which feed into and inform decisions at the highest levels.
As a member of our supportive Business Management community you'll have opportunities to grow and develop your own skills as well as helping others.
You have the skills and experience needed to:
Collate and analyse a wide range of performance metrics on behalf of the team, identifying and reporting variances against key targets set out in the business plan.
Support with data gathering and maintaining of trackers such as staff in post, recruitment, action logs, risk logs and Health & Safety compliance.
Help prepare of reports and messaging which communicate progress, and which are aligned to functional branding.
Collaborate with Vacancy Holders and the Central Recruitment Teams to progress and monitor recruitment requirements.
Prepare key documentation for internal Approvals Board meetings.
Maintain and manage shared folders/SharePoint in line with information asset policies.Where will you work?
