This newly created role is an incredible opportunity to grow and develop this already established business. Working for this £18m+ total facilities management provider you will be specifically focusing on growing the M&E maintenance contracts. You will be joining at an exciting time where growth plans for the business will be c£30m over the next 3 years.
You will have direct responsibility for the whole bid process from initial sales contact, tendering and winning the business therefore you will be well-versed in business development, tendering, sub-contractor management and ensuring a smooth process right through to completion stages.
Contracts will be purely M&E maintenance for corporate/private sector clients therefore experience of developing and managing bids in the maintenance/facilities management sector is essential.
You will be developing new business across the London and South East area's however could expand to other areas of the UK if the desire is there.
Previously developed M&E / hard service maintenance contracts
Ability to manage the entire business development/bid process
Self-motivated to develop brand new business (not existing). Typical contract value can be £200k - £2m!
