Look no further, I am recruiting for a Property Investment company who are looking to expand their business in Birmingham
-At senior level as a Financial Sales and Investment Property Consultant, you will work inter personally with private clients to understand their financial and investment requirements, relevant key financial needs and current portfolio status.
-In this client facing, consultative position you are required to introduce the unique portfolio of Land Equity products to clients, securing the business and maintaining the long-term client relationships.
-This will involve effective and assured English communication skills to incorporate consultative information gathering/fact finding and client facing presentations to a diverse range of international and local clients within your region.
-As a BDM you will support the sales team in developing new client appointments through prospecting, networking, social media and referral activities, whilst managing existing client relationships and portfolio management duties within your Wealth Management team environment.
You must have over 2 years Sales experience to be considered for this role, Financial, Banking, Real Estate, Investment, Portfolio/Asset Management, Broker, Account Manager, Banking, Sales, Business Development, or transferable skills and experience
-Ethical, top performing attitude, motivated, hardworking, proactive, entrepreneurial and target driven individual
-Excellent all-round relationship building, communication, presentation and people skills
-Eagerness to build or further a career in the land investment sector.
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international, professional team environment
-Experience within finance, banking and investment is a bonus, but not a prerequisite as full training is provided
