About the role:
We are looking for candidates who are able to work independently on their own initiative and drive their own success. You must be self-motivated, target-driven individual and be able to set up your own desk within the company, supporting business development and driving change across the wider company. You will need to be and a good team player and passionate about your role and responsibilities.
As a Business Development Executive you will need to identify individual business needs and be able to match clients with suitable candidates. You will be required to regularly meet with clients, developing new relationships and building on existing relations. You will need to be able to determine individual client requirements and tailor your approach depending on business needs, using a mixture of sales, marketing and networking techniques.
You will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to arrange your own schedule, organising your time between building relationships with new clients and finding suitable staff for your clients.
Ideally candidates will have a background in recruitment, sales, markeing or similar.

Hours of Work:
You will be working Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.30pm, taking part in both office based work and client visits during these hours.
