This position will include all round office Administration including Accounts focused duties. This will include:
*Dealing with high volumes of invoices an inputting onto SAGE
*Use of SAGE and EXCEL (I am looking for candidates who have a working knowledge of accounts)
*Analysing and reporting on client information
*Dealing with client statements and supplier statements
*Dealing with hotel payment queries, assisting chasing for payment, missing invoices and investigative work where needed
I am looking for candidates who have come from a busy administrative role and who have working experience of SAGE. If you have come from an Accounts position this would also be an advantage.
