Temp to Perm/ Straight Perm
£20-£24k dependant on experience
Must drive due to location

We are searching for a new Business Administrator for our Marketing & Administration Team. A 4-people team this role is based at our Kenilworth office. You will be responsible for providing a complete Business Administrator function across the whole business, including for field based workers and all 3 offices. There is considerable staff contact required for this role and often pressures to work to tight deadlines Supporting the Sales Team in administration of tenders is a key responsibility and requires a high attention to detail. Administrator support for the National User Group including assisting them in organising their annual 2 day event.

Key responsibilities
Production of Tenders; reviewing notifications, uploading documents to base-camp, completion and submission of documents to tight deadlines
Administrative Support for Account Management Team, Business Development Team and Marketing Team
Managing Office Supplies and Facilities; liaising with suppliers and reviewing to ensure best value. Ensuring facilities are maintained to high standard and that office areas, meeting rooms and kitchens are kept tidy and fully equipped.
Working with Head of Business Development to maintain and up to date ProcServe Catalogue and Price List.
Updating of Contact Management system.
Taking, typing up and distributing minutes of meetings as required including Sales Team meetings & National User Group Executive Committee meeting.
Administrative Support for National User Group.
Organisation of customer events and workshops
Liaise with International marketing colleagues by telephone and email.
Work closely with other Business Administrator to have 100% telephone reception coverage and to ensure full business support at all times.
