Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a fantastic Business Administration/ Travel Coordinator opportunity for one of my clients in the education sector.
Salary £18,000 - £20,000
Hours of work are Hours of work are Monday - Friday 37.5 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Working in a small friendly team of 12, in Central Bristol.
Interviews will be held 15th and 16th April
As the Business Administrator you will be working as a part of a team the Business Administrator will co-ordinate student travel arrangements and provide administrative support to the Guardianship and Finance teams providing a best in class student experience through excellence in customer service combined with efficient and effective administration.
Experience of a high volume of administration and good organisational skills, attention to detail critical
Good working knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook), the Internet and working with databases
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner to manage students, teachers, agents, travel companies and their drivers
Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to build relationships and trust with students, agents, teachers and travel companies
Ability to take initiative, to work independently and in a team
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent written communication skills
Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
Experience of working in the travel industry, an international company or educational field (desirable)
Knowledge and understanding of the needs of international students and safeguarding (desirable)
Knowledge of foreign language(s) (desirable)
