If you are a versatile Building Surveyor, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team successfully managing and delivering various projects across the South West.
The role looks to develop the skills of a Building Surveyor, working on projects of various sizes; predominately of small to medium size and complexity within the Public sector (largely Education). The successful Building Surveyor will manage the surveying process through data collection, inputting and reporting, encompassing:
- Condition Surveys
- Access Audits
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Other professional and technical work
You will ideally hold a Degree in Building Surveying and will have achieved Chartered status with the RICS or be working towards this. This position would suit an individual with the following personal attributes:

- Excellent social and communication/negotiation skills
