Breakfast Chef - Hotel - Southampton - Up to £20,000
We are a Boutique Hotel ideally situated in the beautiful area of Southampton. The Hotel is famous for its modern cuisine and is very popular with locals and tourists. The Hotel Restaurant offers a selection of dishes using fresh local produce of which is grown on site... We are looking for a Breakfast Chef with proven craft skills and who enjoys using fresh produce. The Chef will be required to work 5/7 days on straight shifts 45 hrs p/w.
Your main responsibilities as Breakfast Chef in Southampton will include:
" Running a section within the kitchen
" Producing dishes to meet the required standard
" Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
" To supervise the team when required
What you need to get the Breakfast Chef Job in Southampton:
" Experience at Breakfast Chef level
" Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
" Experience cooking with fresh produce at two rosette level but not essential
" Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
" Up to £20,000 Salary
