The successful candidate will be required to work a 25 hour week, and will oversee a number of clients, answering to any queries on their accounts.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Sales Ledger
• Purchase Ledger
• Petty Cash
• Bank Reconciliations
• Credit Card Reconciliations
• VAT Returns
• Entering monthly journals
• Assisting with Monthly Management Accounts for some clients
• General Office duties including answering the phone and greeting clients
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience of using Sage Line 50 and QuickBooks. Excellent inter-personal and organisational skills, and advanced Excel skills are also essential.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
