An interesting role has become available for a Bookkeeper / Administrator to work with a unique and well established small manufacturing business based in the Tewkesbury area.
You will be working as part of a small, friendly and supportive team on a part time basis, initially 2/3 days per week, initially on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Main Responsibilities / Purpose:
*The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.
*General Admin from using Sage 50 software to manage data, from customer financial invoices, maintenance of customer and internal accounts and payments.
*Answering the telephone and dealing with customer & supplier queries as necessary
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and basic knowledge of Sage 50.
