1-2-1 Behaviour Mentor required to support Key Stage 3 & 4 students that are no longer in mainstream schools. We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support a couple of students who have faced barriers to education. You will need to have experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour. This school are also open to looking at applicants with Teaching Assistant and residential support experience.
You will be joining a small team who are committed to making a difference and have achieved some great results!
- Providing 1-2-1 behaviour support
- Planning and delivering rewards
- Engaging with students
- Supporting classroom behaviour
- Helping students to overcome barriers to education
- Have experience working with challenging behaviour
- Be calm, empathetic and extremely patient
- Have the ability to build rapport quickly
- Be able to think outside the box and be creative
