- Consistently make and deliver all ranges of coffee, hot beverages and alcoholic drinks to Peyton & Byrne/Sodexo standards.
- Responsible for perfect execution of drinks and presentation
- Cleanliness of bar area
- Responsible for complying with Health & Safety regulation
- Must have previous bar experience within high volume
- Excellent presentation skills and flair
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Assist in bar stock management
- Cash Handling
- Previous experience as a Bartender
- Excellent beverage knowledge
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
