Due to the ongoing success of the company we are growing our team. We are looking for enthusiastic, naturally inquisitive, and well organised individuals, who, once trained, will provide this crucial fraud risk mitigation service to our clients.
As a Background Screening Analyst, you will be responsible for validating the credentials of our client’s new employees. This can include the verification of someone’s work history, academic achievements, and criminal history.
No industry experience is required, as all new staff will be put through our excellent in-training programme.
We are looking for individuals who are well-organised, able to multi-task and can work to tight deadlines. The work is office based, using our in-house IT system. We would expect you to be adept in using Microsoft programmes, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Because the role involves direct contact with our clients and their employees, a background in customer service is useful, as is having a good telephone manner.
