I am working in partnership with a highly successful Recruitment company based in the Greenford area and we are looking to recruit the absolute best of the best !
Compliance is of the highest importance to the business and due to continued major growth, they are incredibly keen to have someone who can really focus on ensuring that everything they do is checked, double checked and triple checked when sending candidates out to various work placements
- You will ensure that 'right to work' documentation is in line with what is required by law
- You will work closely with the Recruitment Consultant and Clients to ensure any relevant paperwork is completed with 100% attention to detail
- Working closely with the management team, you will help ensure that the business is in no way leaving themselves open to fines or potential risk
This is a permanent / full time opportunity and someone who already has good knowledge of auditing and risk would be highly desirable.
No experince in this line of work? No worries, if you really do believe you have what it takes to make sure that this office in compliant with both internal policies and also, compliant in the Law, you could be perfect for this opportunity.
