The Assurance and Performance Supervisor role is based within our Defence Training business area.

As a Assurance and Performance Supervisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll be supporting the effective delivery of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) outputs for the contract.

Day to day, you'll support the Maintenance Manager in the delivery of maintenance work, ensuring the safe and effective deployment of staff, contractors and resources, lead quality assurance to verify that all works including finished products are safe and conform to all relevant specification, legislation and customer requirements and participate in training and development activities to ensure that new technologies are applied and that staff skill levels are developed.

You'll manage activities to deliver improvement of KPI's, using support and guidance from Maintenance Manager, ensure end users are informed of planned activities within their areas and liaise with all key stakeholders regarding maintenance activities and incidents which may impact outputs or outcomes.

Essential experience
Experience of working within a busy maintenance office
Good level of knowledge and understanding in health and safety in the built environment
Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages
Experience in producing and evaluating Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
You must hold or have the ability to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
