The role

As an Associate Project Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll support the business by delivering key project management functions in support of the overall project delivery, enabling the business to deliver the output.

Day to day, you'll deliver key project management functions in support of the overall project delivery, support the development of accurate and up-to-date financial and schedule estimates, support the planning, monitor and control of work packages along with producing and communicating project-reporting data for the Project Manager and Wider Business.

• Undertake internal stakeholder management and communications activities
• Facilitate, develop and agree requirements, project scope and solutions for specific outputs and work packages as part of the delivery team
• Develop, monitor and control schedules for packages of work and small projects under supervision
• Forecast costs and monitor and report against budget
• Maintain project cost and time estimates and ensure regular reviews are undertaken with each discipline to ensure they are accurate

Essential experience of the Associate Project Manager

• Ideally have a background in Planning
• Leadership qualities
• IT Literate
• Excellent planning, co-ordination and organisation skills
• Work well under pressure

This role is full-time based at our Bovington site. You'll be onsite 4 days per week and working from home 1 day per week.

Qualifications for the Associate Project Manager

• Must be working towards a APM Or Prince 2 qualification

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
