Assistant Manager - £10 per hour - Poole - Restaurant/Bar

As a property we are a stunning free house located in the Poole area that wows our customers when entering. We have an array of beautiful drinks and food that makes our returning customers come back for more. We are looking for an Assistant manager to work alongside our already strong management team to aid running shifts, opening and closing the site, stock control and maintaining standards in the cellar. Working 40 hours per week on a straight shift rota on a mixture of early or later shifts.

Your main responsibilities as an Assistant Manager will include:
Assist and deputise for the General Manager in the running of the pub
Run shifts and be customer focussed at all times
Supervise and train staff to deliver the correct standards
Deal with customer queries and complaints

What you need to get the job as an Assistant Manager
Experience at supervisory or assistant managerial level ideally in pubs or restaurant environments, with a big focus on Food and Beverage.
A dedicated and passionate team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
