Assistant Director of Planning & Allocation and Population Insights | NHS | Band 8d remote working to March 2023
The Information Cell is currently supporting delivery of the largest scale vaccination programme in NHS history. Effective use of data and technology has been fundamental for ensuring the success of the programme. Using the NHS COVID-19 data integration platform that brought together disparate real-time data, the Information Cell developed analytical tools to support strategic planning and operational decision making aimed at a wide range of stakeholders, from national leadership to site managers and local authorities. The models we build and the information and analysis we provide drive strategic decisions, with outputs routinely being seen by the programme SRO, the CEO, the Secretary of State, and the Prime Minister.
