Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a well-established company based in Redditch who can offer fantastic career options and opportunities for progression? I am looking for a Buyer to join a busy Procurement and Supplies Department on a temporary basis. This role will include liaising with customers and suppliers working across clinical and non-clinical environments purchasing a variety of products and services.

This is a temporary assignment starting in January for about 3 months initially, this is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. I require candidates who are not currently working as this is a temporary assignment. Salary will be £8 - £9 per hour dependant on experience.

Duties included:
*Liaising with customers and suppliers
*Obtain quotes and deal with price invoice/price queries
*Manage new supplier set ups
*General administration and customer service to support the department

Direct experience in Procurement or Buying is not a necessity but would be a distinct advantage. I am looking for a confident, self-motivated person with excellent attention to detail who can manage their own workload as this is a busy department. Any experience with the following would be an advantage, buying, buyer, procurement, administration, customer service, medical, NHS, purchasing.
