Assertive Outreach Worker

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2021

Location: Weymouth, Dorset

Salary: £20,300.00 per annum

Closing Date: Monday 04 May '20 (12 noon).

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to provide invaluable support to individuals rough sleeping in Dorset!

The new member of staff will be joining a friendly and high performing team who have made a real difference to people experiencing homelessness. This new role will allow the successful candidate to be part of rolling out our effective outreach model across the whole of Dorset.

The purpose of this role is to deliver a high quality person-centred assertive outreach service working as part of a team, making contact with new, repeat and entrenched Rough sleepers in Dorset.

The successful candidate will work closely with partner agencies and the rough sleeper to establish and fulfil a holistic support plan that allows the individual to make a sustainable move off the street.
