Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor

We are currently supporting a highly reputable Training Providers that have won a new contract to deliver L3 and L5 Management Programmes
This organisation is experiencing significant growth so an excellent opportunity for development and progression.
We are looking for an experienced Management Assessor/Coach with experience of supporting Level 3 and 5 Management Programmes.
This company offer a starting salary up to £30000, Pension Scheme, 25 days holidays + Christmas shut down and a wide range of other benefits. As an Apprenticeship Assessor in Management you will also receive business mileage of 45 pence per mile.
This position is a centre based role which will involve regional travel to support the learners in the workplace.
Typical duties of the Apprenticeship Trainer /Coach will include:
" Delivering information, guidance and advice for the qualification training programme
" Checking eligibility and suitability of training programmes
" Completing all funding and quality sign up paperwork
" Preparing delegates for End Point Assessment
" Carrying out delegate and employer reviews
" Completing tutorials
" Support delivery of training workshops relating to apprenticeship programmes
" Marking of assignments, as allocated, meeting cohort deadlines
" Promoting best practice within design and delivery of apprenticeship programmes, developing support aids for delegates and employers
" Deliver in-line with organisational and Ofsted quality assurances including teaching, learning and completion of delegates
" Supporting the administration of the apprenticeship programmes including the delegates learning files to ensure progress can be demonstrated
" Working to specific quality and completion of targets
" Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

Skills, experience and qualifications required for the Apprenticeship Assessor/Coach
" Ideally be Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33
" Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or equivalent
" Ideally hold a Recognised Management Qualification - ILM/CMI or educated to degree level.
" Experience of coaching and assessing in apprenticeship standards, ideally will include Leadership and Management L3 and L5
" Experience with supporting the delivery and testing of functional skills in Maths & English
" Own transport and flexibility to travel(with potential overnight stays)
