Administrator - Near Weymouth - £19,000 - £20,000


A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a luxury hotel and wedding venue whose guests include TV personalities and Hollywood stars. Predominately an office based role, with some reception duties, you will be responsible for administrative duties for multiple departments through a 40 hour working week, Tuesday to Saturday, daytimes only.


Administrator Responsibilities:
* Dealing with guest enquiries ensuring a professional service
* Answering phones, responding to emails for reservations
* Effectively managing the diary
* Reception duties including face to face customer interaction
* Entering bookings into the computer system
* Day to day general admin duties


Administrator Requirements:
* Confident telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Experienced in a customer facing role, preferably hospitality
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent literacy and numeracy and I.T skills
* Pro-active and organised nature
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
