Administrator – Perinatal Service
20 hours per week, flexible hours
NJC Salary Scale Point 7 = £19,554 Full Time Equivalent
Starting salary: £10,428.60 pa for 20 hours per week

CPSL Mind is a progressive and expanding mental health organisation, looking for individuals who are committed to improving the lives of people using mental health services. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Administrator to support and coordinate delivery of our established Perinatal mental health service supporting pregnant women and new mums, at risk of, or experiencing, poor mental health.
The successful post holder will lead on processing of referrals, co-ordination of meetings and administrative processes, collation of data for reports, liaising with delivery partners and acting as a first point of contact for individuals accessing the service. The post holder will work closely with the Perinatal Service Manager and Project Workers to set up and maintain administrative functions to support our high quality service provision.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, including prioritising and time management skills, and be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, which may include individuals who are experiencing distress.
This is a varied administrative role. Home-based initially, there may be expectation to attend our Peterborough office if coronavirus criteria changes.
