Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a full time Administrator to work at Matson House, Gloucester. The purpose of the Administrator is to provide administrative support to Supported Living services within the operations division.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* To undertake all word processing required in terms of letters, reports, data processing, financial records and photocopying.

* To attend and minute meetings where required.

* To take telephone messages, make appointments, follow up on queries etc.

* To maintain and organise up to date filing systems for each Supported Living Service.

* To keep a record of all current forms, correspondence and ongoing pieces of work.

* Complete and collate returns to ensure efficiencies within the services.

* To liaise when appropriate with all stakeholders.

* To liase with the managers, deputy managers for the Supported Living Services, and other departments to ensure effective communication.

* To update administrative systems and ensure accurate record keeping.

* To ensure office equipment is kept in good working order and to organise necessary maintenance.

* To ensure that computer skills are kept up-to-date and applied to work.

* To devise and implement new and innovative ideas to improve the working of the office.

* To assist in any other administrative duties that may be required by the company.

* To participate in the organisation of training and recruitment, financial procedures and complete internal reports when necessary.
