Job Description

My client based on the outskirts of Cambridge is seeking an Administrator for a 12 month maternity leave cover.

Hours: Flexible as the client will consider 24 hours a week or Full Time

Salary: £10 per hour

The Invoicing Administrator provides support to the admin team, providing excellent customer service and managing their 3rd party suppliers. Working within the customer and supplier SLA guidelines, this role is part of the a Team and reports to the Admin Team Leader.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Support all administration requirements within the Division. Liaising and working alongside Engineers & Suppliers within the Invoicing process.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

o Processing Invoices to a high level of accuracy.
o Ensure that all queries and tasks are dealt with efficiently and with professionalism. Support colleagues on a daily basis at a highly professional level.
o Assist customers on a daily basis with queries providing excellent customer service
o Ensure that PO's are sent in a timely manner as set out in SLA's.
o Maintain all in-house excel spread sheets
o Dealing with Warranty queries
o Meeting KPI's
o Validation of Service Sheets
