The role

As an Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary where you'll provide support and organisational skills to move the business forward.

Day to day, you'll provide general administrative support to the various teams, diary management, arranging travel as and when required and minute taking and distribution.

Essential experience of the Administrator
Knowledge of company procedures within an office environment
Excellent MS office skills
Effective written and verbal skills and must be competent in minute taking
Excellent organisational skills
Time management skills
Effective decision making/problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills

We offer flexible working to give people more options to better integrate their work and personal life, whilst ensuring that business needs are met. This role provides hybrid working arrangements with 3-4 days in the office/onsite and 1-2 day working from home.

Qualifications for the Administrator
GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent
NVQ L2 in Business and Administration or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role.
