Job Description

Clinical Administrator Assistant
The Clinical Administration Assistant will provide administration support and coordination of clinics including logistics and scheduling of clinics and resources; chases funding for assigned clinics; provides essential administrative support to Management, Therapy and Clinic teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manages general phone calls and directs call appropriately and efficiently.
* Manages generic email inbox and assists in managing written correspondence.
* Communicates with clients and their families/ carers in a caring, calm, and compassionate manner.
* Proficient use of client management software system to plan and organise clinics.
* Ensures next appointment has been scheduled or plan in place.
* Communicates independently with clients and/ or their therapy team regarding appointments and provides information as required.
* Maintains confidentiality regarding clients, company activities and products and ensures appropriate management of confidential client information including filing and destruction of sensitive data.
* Participates in quality and information security management activities as required.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to respond calmly and empathetically in difficult situations.
* Liaises with all members of the UK team in a positive manner to ensure clear communication and completion of duties in a timely fashion.
* Responds to direction and feedback positively.
* Self-motivated but seeks direction when needed.
* Demonstrates good problem-solving and time management skills.
* Seeks appropriate professional development and up-skills accordingly.
* Always demonstrates loyalty to the company.
* Any other task requested by line and senior management.
* Fully vaccinated from Covid-19 (and booster)
* Clinical experience
* Invoicing experience
* Customer service experience.
* Ability to travel with the United Kingdom and internationally to administer clinics when required (including overnight).
* Sound Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
* Exceptional organization skills and ability to priorities and work to very high standard.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* An interest in working with clients with disabilities
