08.30 - 5.30 Mon - Fri
This is an administrative/Customer Service role and you will be working as part of a small team. Your primary responsibility is to process written communication, using applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will provide an excellent level of customer service to customers and provide administrational support. You will be very good at juggling several tasks at once and be confident in completing them in a timely manner.
You will also complete general office tasks such as photocopying, duplicating and transmitting documents.
To succeed in this role you will have excellent administrative / customer service skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask in a very busy environment. You will understand the importance of responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently. You will have excellent attention to detail, have a can do attitude and be comfortable working in a team environment.
