In return for your hard work you would become a valued member of this lively, fun and friendly team. They work hard but they also work smart and do things slightly different to a traditional Estate Agent. This position is based within a service team which has no sales element, you are a pure support to a team of 12 and the MD. They have great benefits and try to really look after their staff knowing you are the front line of the business and need to be happy in the role.
This company is growing and would love to hire a new administrator who has at least 6 – 12 months experience within a similar support position. You will be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, either passing them to their account manager or handling enquiries yourself as you knowledge in the business grows. Your role will also be focused around office administration, this could range from obtaining references for tenants through to advertising new properties.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- A strong customer services background
- Administration experience within a professional office
- Strong Time management skills
- An Extremely organised manner
- Medium to Advanced level IT skills
- Experience in property would be an advantage but not essential
- Outgoing and professional personality would suit the office well.
