Our client, based in Quedgeley, is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a varied role, part of the role is job sharing with another colleague, but also assisting in the day to day administration of the client. The role will start as general administration but then has the potential to grow into a more Parts Administrator role.

Responsibilities:

*Answering the phone with pleasant and formal manner, transferring phone calls, etc
*Meeting, greeting and offering/making beverages for visitors
*Arranging shipping and associated paperwork on a daily basis
*Booking components in from supplier delivery notes
*Chasing up suppliers for late deliveries
*Ordering simple parts including stationery, nuts and bolts, etc
*Ordering parts as authorised by authorised staff
*Taking post to the post office
*Printing and filing supplier invoices and statements
*Matching supplier invoices to orders and processing
*Checking and filing supplier statements
*Sending out customer statements
*General filing
*Loading products on to logs, both incoming and outgoing
*Loading sales orders and/or sales invoices as and when necessary
*Assisting with cover of the parts sales administrator
*Dealing with paperwork related to sales orders, including order confirmations, picking lists, delivery notes and invoicing
*Processing card payments related to sales orders

We are looking for a candidate who has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally has previous administration experience, however, this is not essential.

Our client is flexible on working hours; and is happy to consider both a part time role working 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday or a full time role.
