About the role
A confident communicator and attentive listener, you’ll deal with inbound telephone calls and look after customers on a face-to-face basis at our collection points. You’ll also work closely with our drivers regarding collection and deliveries. Ultimately, it’s all about making sure we exceed our customer expectations. Energetic and empathetic, you love talking to customers and have a talent for building relationships with customers over the phone and in person. Experience working in a front line customer service role would be useful, but isn’t essential. What’s more important is that you have a good level of computer literacy and an eagle eye for detail as you’ll be inputting information from databases. A brilliant team player, you always give 100%.
