Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch. The position will include carrying out admin/front of house/reception duties.

This a full time, permanent opportunity with a salary of £16,000, with an immediate start available.

The hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Duties will include:

• Greeting & assisting clients
• Handling all aspects of appointments
• Dealing with all telephone and email queries
• Carrying out admin duties such as filing and logging enquiries
• Keeping database updated

Skills and Experience needed:
• Excellent telephone manor
• Good Organisational and Time Management Skills
• High Levels of Accuracy and Attention to detail.
• Ability to use own Initiative
• Confident communication skills
