Do you have previous Administrative experience?
Are you looking for an immediate start?

An exciting opportunity has come up for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who has previous Administrative experience to work on behalf of a Document Management company based in Sheffield.

Main Duties:
• Scanning and archiving client letters onto the electronic filing system
• Responding to internal and external emails
• Producing and printing letters
• Supporting the wider department with Administration duties

Key Skills:
• Excellent communication both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Confidence in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Can do attitude

Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am until 5pm
